Crystal Mayanja
Associate Director, Operations and Administration
Crystal is the Associate Director of Operations and Administration at NYCEEC. Crystal will develop and monitor the policies and procedures for NYCEEC as well as manage the administrative affairs of the organization.
Crystal has a strong background in the areas of establishing policy and procedures, conducting organizational audits, and fundraising management, having worked in these capacities for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME). She also has extensive experience in communications through her work at MOME as well as her work with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where she worked as a knowledge manager for the HIV/AIDS Practice of the UNDP.
Crystal holds an MA in International Development/Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a BA from Howard University.
