Jessica Luk
Associate Director, Business Development and Finance
Jessica is the Associate Director of Business Development and Finance at NYCEEC. Jessica is responsible for leading business development activities, including the sourcing of new projects, managing relationships with property owners and developing new products.
Jessica has experience in both finance and business development for start-up organizations, as well as background in developing NYC sustainability policies. Prior to joining NYCEEC, she worked in a business development role at Google.org on PowerMeter and as Director of Business Development for a venture capital-backed information services company. Jessica has also worked in private equity and began her career in investment banking at JPMorgan. Additionally, Jessica was a policy analyst in the New York City Mayor’s Office of Long-term Planning and Sustainability, where she helped develop the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan.
Jessica holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics and in History of Art from Yale University.
