Susannah Rosato is a Director on NYCEEC’s Legal team supporting the company’s work to negotiate and close clean energy financing for communities.

Before joining NYCEEC, Susannah focused on representing institutional lenders, regional banks and private equity funds in commercial real estate financing transactions across multiple asset classes including CMBS loans to be securitized on the secondary market, balance sheet loans, mezzanine loans, and multifamily property loans through Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.

Susannah holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Art History from the College of William and Mary.  She is admitted to practice in New York.
